Welcome to Nume Wellness Club ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services, including telehealth consultations, IV therapy, injections, and wellness services (collectively, the “Services”). The content and services provided by Nume Wellness Club are for informational and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Our telehealth and IV therapy services are delivered by licensed healthcare professionals. However, we do not guarantee results or specific outcomes. 3. user responsibilities

You agree to:

5. telehealth consent

By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge and consent to receiving health services remotely via technology, which includes limitations such as lack of physical exams and potential for technical failures. You understand that telehealth may not be appropriate for all conditions.

6. payments & refunds

All payments for services rendered by Nume Wellness Club are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other electronic payment platforms.

 

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion and only for unused services, provided cancellation is made within the specified time frame outlined in your booking confirmation.

7. cancellations and no-shows

To secure a reservation with Nume Wellness Club, a $100 deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable and may result in loss of future booking privileges.

 

We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

8. intellectual property

All content, logos, graphics, text, and trademarks on our platform are the property of Nume Wellness Club or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nume Wellness Club and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services.

10. indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nume Wellness Club, its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
